Apple Music 6 Months Free With AirPods Pro 2 but I’m already in 1 month free trial

Hey y’all,

I am currently in a 1 month free trial of Apple Music but I am also in the market for new earbuds. I saw the 6 months free Apple Music deal with the purchase of AirPods 2.

I’m really liking Apple Music and will defintley be fully switching over from YouTube Music. Is it possible for me to get the 6 months free deal if I buy the AirPods 2 or would I have to cancel my one month free trial first? It says “new subscribers only” for the deal but as I’m in a 1 month free trial I dont think I’m technically a subscriber yet...
