You can disable Raise To Wake and Tap To Wake.

Raise To Wake turns on the screen on your iPhone when it is lifted or a similar movement is made. With Tap To Wake, you can wake up your iPhone 13 with two taps on the screen. If you disable Tap To Wake and Raise To Wake, you can only turn on the screen by pressing the power button, and in this way you minimize the risk of doing unintended unlocks in your pocket.

You can try for yourself whether both functions should be deactivated, or whether it is enough to deactivate only one.

To disable Rase To Wake:

Settings -> Display & Brightness -> Disable Raise To Wake.

To disable Tap To Wake:

Settings > Accessibility > Touch. Disable Tap To Wake.
