iphone unlocks itself in my pocket

My iphone 14 pro running the latest software as of 7.21.23 will repeatedly unlock itself when LOCKED and placed in my pocket. The phone is unlocking itself when in my pocket. This issue happens only occasionally but is a huge design or software flaw, i have no idea. For example i accidentally texted my landlord 40 something lines of gibberish when my phone unlocked itself in my pocket and proceded to activate the screen, texting and opening apps and all kinds of chaotic things that are NOT user inputs. I've contacted Apple support about this issue 3 times without resolution.
