Battery drain with IOS 16.0.3

I have had a 14 pro for several months and after this upgrade a few days ago, I am only getting around 3 hrs 30 min screen time per charge. Battery health shows the battery is charging to 100%.

Something very wrong here.

After EVERY iOS update, I Force Restart my iPhone, which clears things which can effect performance.

Press and quickly release the volume up button
Then press and quickly release the volume down button
Then press and KEEP HOLDING the side power button. Keep holding the button until the screen goes dark and keep hold it until the Apple Logo appears, then let go.
Sign back in when prompted and see if battery life returns to normal
