How do I pair someone else's Apple Watch to my iPhone?

Activation Lock is an anti-theft feature that cannot be bypassed. Only the previous owner can remove the lock by using their Apple ID & password. Apple will not help you find the previous owner. Your iPhone is linked to your Apple ID and the watch is linked to a different Apple ID and as far as I know they are not compatible.
