Numbers - Cannot export to pdf

My device:

Ipad Air (4th generation) Version 16.2

I have Numbers 08 version 12.2.1

I am no longer able to export from numbers to pdf or excel. I can only save the file/spreadsheet in numbers format, but no longer export to pdf or excel (those options are gone).

Also, I cant export Pages documents in the folders, so I believe is a general problem in both apps.

I have been exporting Numbers documents to pdf for ages. The last one that I did successfully was 3 weeks ago - I don't think that I have changed any settings to cause this problem.

Can you help me please?

From the Mac app (this is the forum for Numbers for Mac) you can "print" a sheet (tab) to PDF the way you can in many Mac apps and then attach the PDF file to an email. Or you can File > Export to > PDF... to export the whole document to PDF and attach that.

I tried to export the file but the problem is that option is not available in the sheet when is open and is not on the file closed :( I dont know how to make it available once again. The option “export” looks disable…
