I have an adapter for use in Italy, but do I need a power converter to charge my iPhone 13?

You do not need a converter. Apple's chargers adjust automatically. You just need something to make sure your charger's plug will fit in an Italian socket.

What converter? I use iPhones bought from the USA in India with the Adapter that came with the device.
