Thanks Bob, already trying this. At first they stated that my number wasn’t supported, but I copied them a Vodafone bill.
Vodafone can’t seem to resolve the issue and WhatsApp support are not responding.
In addition to what Bob Timmons has said, also contact your Carrier for for your data balance and limitations if any.
