Managing iPhone photos - want photos to only show in created album no longer in recents without hiding them

• I want to move photos (work screenshots) to seperate album and have them no longer show in Recents folder without putting them in hidden folder. I only want special photos of my wife in hidden.

Does anyone know how?

• Or can you create a seperate folder within the hidden folder to categorize hidden photos?
