Trying to make payments or install something but cant

I will try to buy something or install something such as discord, if I try to install discord it asks for verification (password) and then tells me to verify my card, I have put my cvc in again multiple times but it does nothing, I tried to remove my card multiple times too and it says I have an active subscription when I very clearly do not. Edit, put some money in my account and verified it again and got charged 30 dollars for something???
