How can Apple Watch differentiate PVCs from AFib?

For 20 years I’ve had PVCs that remit during exercise. Then 2 years ago I had AFib that remitted with chemical cardioversion (amioderone).

I still have PVCs that cause Apple Watch to think I’ve a heartbeat below 40 bpm. In addition, because the AFib history is affirmed, the app says I’m in AFib 10-40% of the time.

Please advise of any similar experience with the Apple Watch heart monitoring apps.

iPhone XR, iOS 16
