When I try to install Microsoft office 365 on a Mac Book air
I get to the Verify I'm not a robot page it never gets past it. Can you tell me
how to get past this problem. Detailed instructions please.

Just to be clear. We have Microsoft account and Office
working fine on the iPhone 12 Pro. But when go to the Apps on the Mac Book Air
and we start installing when it gets to the your not a robot page it keeps
asking to do it again and again it never finishes.
If you have a MS 365 subscription, it's much simpler to just download the App Store version of the apps. Much simpler updates and just overall more stable IMO.
Do you mean the app store on the iPhone or the Mac PC?
It’s available in both the iphone/ipad App Store and the Mac App Store.
Download it from the Mac App Store.
That's what we did. And still gets stuck at the robot page.
What robot page? If you’re talking about when you’re trying to log into your MS account after launching the app, contact Microsoft. That’s not an Apple service.
