Why can't I install Microsoft Office on my new MacBook Air?

I purchased Microsoft Office for Home and Student ($150) from Apple when I bought my brand new MacBook Air (M1, 2020 with macOS Ventura 13.4). I entered the product key and the link to start the installation went to my Downloads folder. When I went to click the installation download, I got the attached error. I need these applications for graduate school, any recommendations?? Thank you!

To download Microsoft Office for MacOS use the following link to the Mac App Store. This will download the office applications for free (or the ones you select) and will prompt for a sign in or activation key after installation.
