Vertical videos won't save to iPhone Photos

I have Shorts, Reels etc. exported in Vertical 4k resolution. Exported from PremierePro copied on cloud, and then downloaded on phone. The files can be saved in Files App but not shown in PhotoGallery to upload them on YT, IG, etc. File format .h264

Here is the link with the file, but all my friends tried, no chance.

The question is, why? If I export them in horizontal format, same settings everything is working!

If I open the PremiereApp on phone open the video file from the phone then export, it shows in the PhotoGallery...

All this happened after last 2 iOS updates.

The 3rd party apps are working well.

So, after lots of hours spent, looks like when I export the video, if Profile is set to Main can't be saved in the Photos app.

If exported with Profile set to HIGH then 5.2 magically works like a charm...

Hi ZonaEnduro,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with exporting photos from Premiere Pro to your iPhone. We'd like to help.

Since this involves a combination of Apple apps and 3rd party, it will be helpful to isolate this issue first so we can help. Do you have any other issues with videos/reels/shorts filmed in vertical orientation? Do you ever use just the camera app to film something? Are you able to upload that to 3rd party sites? Do you get an error message when trying to upload those photos/videos? If so, what does it say?

If this is isolated to this one specific app, it may be best to contact the app developer for help with this: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Contact the developer of an iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS app
1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Search for the app, then tap it. If you can't find it, tap the account button  or your photo at the top of the screen, tap Purchased, tap "Not on this [device]," then tap the app.
3. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews section, then tap App Support. If you don't see App Support, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.
In the App Store on iPhone, you can find the App Support button below the reviews.

Let us know how that goes.

Take care!
