I used to be able to bring up the multitasking shortcuts by pressing and holding the globe key (on Magic Keyboard). Didn't notice when exactly but now I couldn't bring up the shortcuts anymore. Wondering if this functionality went away, or something I could re-enable by fixing certain settings?

The Keyboard shortcuts page isn’t accessed using the Globe key - but instead the Command key…
Press and hold the Command Key on your external keyboard to reveal all of the available key-shortcuts - which will vary by App. The long keypress triggers a menu - divided by catagory.
Whilst this page from the iPad User Guide refers to the iPad Keyboard, most external keyboards operate in largely the same manner:

There should be two sets of shortcuts, one set that is brought up by holding the Command Key, and another set that is brought up by holding the Globe Key. The 2nd set is supposed to show the multitasking shortcuts (such as Globe + Left/Right, etc).
I could no longer find many references to this functionality in Apple's online support pages. Here's one that still has (at the bottom of the page)

Within the Notes App, I can certainly replicate the shortcut menu using the Command key with an external keyboard - but not the Globe key.
