Home App

I removed an old Apple TV that I no longer use from the Home app. It no longer shows up on the main home screen or in any room. However, under the Home “Home Hubs and Bridges”, it’s still there and says “home hub is not responding”. Tapping or long pressing on it does nothing. How do I remove it?

Removal from the Home App still leaves it signed into your account.

  • In Find Devices on iCloud.com, click All Devices, then select the device you want to remove.
  • If you don’t see All Devices, it’s because you’ve already selected a device.
  • Click the name of the current device in the center of the Find Devices toolbar to see the Devices list, then select a new device.
  • Click Remove from Account.

You can otherwise try on your iPhone in Settings-Your Name - scroll down to device list > Remove
