Reset and disconnected old Apple TV, still show in list of hubs and says it's not responding

Yes, I have reset the old apple TV and removed it from my account and the home app. It still shows as a notification as not responding within the iPhone home app and is listed as a home hub within the app with the status disconnected. Does anyone know any turnaround to this?

After updating both models to 18.2.1, my 4K model is now working but my older HD model is still not. Why does Apple TV keep logging me out? I have apple tv installed on a number of devices on 3 tvs. We are mostly unable to watch Apple TV because we just get logged out of every device every time we try. What is going on? On the verge of unsubscribing and binning the entire service it's been going on for months and we can't get a response about it. No other app does this. Discovery, Disney, sky, paramount all stay logged in no issues.... why can't apple tv??? Installed on: 1 x samsung tv 1 x hisense tv Plus the sky pucks attached to the tv and a third puck attached to a tv (no native app there) None of the logins work we have to unlock and sign back in every time then in most cases when we start to watch something 'sign in to watch' and we just give up. Pretty tech savy here but this is beating me. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Believe it or not, an old-school phone restart solved this! and then it has come back again.
