Question if I pay for 0.99 5GB for month…. Let’s say each month I will get 50 GB all the time or this is a one time thing?

You get 50GB total storage; it doesn't increase. It is similar to renting physical storage space or renting an apartment -- you pay monthly but the space doesn't get larger.
