Calendar: shared calendar changes to events creates a backlog of notifications

My partner and I share multiple calendars to show when either of us is busy in our various life responsibilities. Inevitably, there are changes to either their or my calendar. This causes a notification to each others Calendar.app saying there's been a change and requires a manual click of "OK" to acknowledge the change. This would not be too bad if it were not for the deluge of changes that come from my partner's various calendars.

To be clear, I am NOT talking about silencing the notifications to Notification Center. Those I turned off long ago because there were SOOOOOO many it made them useless for my own events. I am referring to the "inbox" (for lack of a better word) where replies show up. The picture (attached) shows the calendar changes from the last 24 hours; there will be more by the time this is posted.

I would like to know (1) is there a way to turn these change notifications off? (2) If not, is there a way to MASS ACCEPT all the changes that have occurred?

Greetings ZHagman,

Unfortunately, you’ll need to respond to each event individually: Reply to invitations in Calendar on Mac
