Strange Mac Studio Sleep Issue

After setting up my brand new Mac Studio, I immediately noticed something very strange with it's sleep. Accessories I have connected to it are Logitech speakers and a CalDigit raid.

So the problem is that after it goes to sleep, whether I tell it to or on it's own, it randomly sends some sort of signal (I suppose) to the speakers and the raid, as if asking them to wake up. I would then hear both start to power up, the speakers emit a crackling noise, the raid drives would start to spin, but then they would go back to sleep again. The timing of this waking up and going back to sleep is all random, it could be for less than a minute, or it could be for as long as an hour or more. So through out the night, the Mac Studio would be sleeping the whole time, but I can hear the speakers and the raid powering on and off many many times.

My energy setting is as follows and I have tried different combinations to test out and all the same results. For other Mac Studio users, is this how it is or no?

Power Nap is only available on Intel-based Macs. The Mac Studio is Apple Silicon and this feature is not available for any Apple Silicon machines. I have this issue with the Mac Studio and running dual monitors. Anytime I hard reboot it I have to Force Quit WindowServer let it soft reboot from that and then I can get it to sleep properly makes no sense and really annoying. My suggestion is go into the Activity Monitor and look at what services are "Preventing Sleep". You may need to add the Preventing Sleep column to your Activity Monitor.
