I cannot enter my CVV

I am trying to make an in-app purchase and it asks me to add a card. When I go to settings>name>media and purchase it asks to input my card info. I scan the card with the camera feature, however, when I go to input the cvv, it won't allow me to click the cvv input box. I don't know what to do.
