Why my gmail is not working after update iOS 16.3? Sometimes it’s showing my device have malware and sometimes 400 errors.

Please clarify if this involves an @gmail.com account, or the "Gmail - Email by Google" iPhone app ... or both?

Only gmail app I can’t add my email. It says my device have malware I have to scan with an antivirus.
