I have an iPhone 12 mini that was my daughter’s phone but she a new phone and I can’t seem to figure out how to factory reset it so I can give it to my son. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong here please? That would be awesome
Hi, go to Settings, General, Transfer or Reset iPhone, Erase all Contents and Settings , follow the prompts, you will need the previous owners Apple ID password to sign out of iCloud.
