I want to download this game on my iPhone 11 but it’s asking me the password to view billing address so I put my password in and it just takes me to this loading screen and never changes

Please check:
You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
