My 14 pro max gets very very hot during calls

My phone been getting very hot during calls. I thought it was ios 16.2 but i updated it to 16.3 and im still experiencing the issue

after the IOS 18.01 update my Iphone 15 Pro Max is getting hot randomly Last night I updated my IPhone 15 Pro Max to IOS 18.01 and since then my iPhone is getting hot randomly throughout the day.
