is there another way to unlock my Apple Watch series 2 from water lock when the Digital Crown does not work?

Not that I'm aware of. Your watch is broken and needs to be seen at your Apple Store Genius Bar. They may not offer repair service on a Series 2 watch at this point however. Apple will tell you your options though.
