My home is not working. I am not able to sync it with my i-phone. After plug in the home pod is blinking with these wit - + two signs. I tried to take service from an apple store in Thailand. But, they requested me to knock here. After switching to i-phone 12 pro max, this problem arises.

Try these steps first, before you bring it back to the Authorized Apple Service Provider.
If the HomePod does not work after resetting, this might be a hardware defect.
