iTunes not working

on my Apple Music app will not download nor will it add music to my library I tried deleting the app , and I checked my subscription

If you have a subscription to Apple Music, follow the steps in here:

Add and download music from Apple Music - Apple Support


If you have downloaded MP3s or other audio files from a different source, follow the steps in here:

Import music from a computer to Music on Mac - Apple Support

Import media from a computer to iTunes on PC - Apple Support (SA)


If you encounter a problem, pls post the specifics.
