well , somehow i manage to add two accounts on my icloud account , one is main the one with @icould.com(i've made this account first) and somehow i manage to add another account on top @yahoo.com , and now , the problem is that , i've got my iphone with two accounts and can't get rid of the main one @icloud.com , what should i do :) ?

You can't merge accounts but you can move data. This article can be useful for that:
Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud – Apple Support
You can not move purchases.
Move the data from the account you do not wish to keep(I advice to keep the one with most purchases)
If you have purchases on both accounts you can use family sharing to share some of the purchases. You need to have the other apple ID in a family sharing group.
