Apple Support Does Not Hear When I Press 1

I’m trying to call Apple Support for urgent help with a security issue. I received call backs. When the menu asked me to press one to speak to a representative, I di. I heard the tone and the number one appeared at the top of my screen. The voice told me it didn’t hear my respone

and hung up.


This happened three times in a row.


How can I reach Apple Support to resolve my urgent security issue?
