This is nearly impossible to provide an accurate answer to your question. This is because the total time depends on the amount and type of data that you are transferring from your old iPhone to your new iPhone. The Wi-Fi Network speed and connection also plays a major role in it. Some data and settings are transferred directly from your old iPhone and the rest from the App Store and iCloud (if you use iCloud).

I will give you my example, where I used Quick Start to transfer data from an iPhone 12 Pro Max to an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I had approximately 200GB of data to be transferred which consisted of Apps, Videos, Photos, Music and other documents and data. It took me approximately 2.5 hours from start to finish.
