When I printout a pdf file on my Mac, the document is smaller than when I printout the same document on a Windows computer. The Mac printout has a 1 1.2 inch left margin. There is essentially no margin on the Windows printout. I prefer the larger printout. Is there a setting on the Mac to adjust the printout margins or size?
In the Inspector of Preview what is the size of the pdf page? I tried a PDF of a manual which was
which was 5.5 x 8.4 inches. In the print window I select this option:
and got a full page, edge to edge.
Check the print settings to see if you have a similar setting.

Thanks for your help. The pdf page is longer than 11" and the desktop is set to 100% of of actual size. The "extra" part of the page was never needed, so I never noticed at was printing out additional pages for the multi-page document. The MAC printing was set to fit to page. Your assistance was much appreciated.
