Wifi log in page is not popping up for public wifi networks
Recently when I log into a public wifi network, the password pop up does not come up. This was working fine until yesterday.

Are you using an security software, VPN or secure DNS (DoH or DoT)? These may be blocked by publicly accessible WiFi hotspots - and can interfere with detection of a captive network and associated landing page.
Changing the DNS provider settings on your iPad may resolve the problem.
For recommended DNS servers, you might manually choose one of the following Recursive DNS Providers (IPv4 and IPv6 addresses included below). You should configure both both IPv4 and IPv6 server addresses:
