Hi , I am getting charged every month 10.99 Aed for ITUNES . Which I don’t use and did not request . I wanted to cancel this if you can help and refund my money and not to charge next time .

Looks like you have an iCloud subscription.

Please check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB) then you have an iCloud subscription.

If you have an iCloud subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, you pay monthly for iCloud storage.
