My app doesn’t seem to have energy units so I cant see how many calories I burn! Does anyone have a solution? Many thanks

Red ring should be calories not minutes.
And I was wrong there is a choice of energy
I suggest you unpair the Watch and set it up again. If that does not fix it contact Apple Support directly
Unpair and erase your Apple Watch – Apple Support (UK)
and then
Set up your Apple Watch – Apple Support (UK)
KCalories is an international unit and there are no choices, unlike Yards/Metres
In Watch App, My Watch, Health, make sure your personal data, age, weight etc is in there and you will get calories shown in Health and in Activity if you move around, do workouts etc,
Yes details have all been set up. Still no calories burnt on show.
