After ios 16.3 my iPad no longer recognises ssd

Up until 2/10 I was able to connect my Samsung t7 SSD to my IPad Pro 12.9 (3rd gen) using an Anker Powerexpand 7 in 1 USB-C hub. After the latest update to iPadOS 16.3, it is no longer ready my ssd. Any suggestions? Am I going to have to purchase a new adapter?

Maybe. Hard to say.
Try the adapter with a different SSD or external hard drive to rule out an issue with the adapter.
Try a different hub if you have one, m to rule out an issue with the hub.
Try the Samsung Ssd on a different device or computer to rule out an issue with the SSD.
Your 12.9 3rd Gen iPad Pro has a USB-C por, can you try connecting the SSD directly to the port on the iPad with a standard USB-C cable just to test?
Does it not appear in the Files app on the iPad?
What SSD?
How is it connected to the iPad exactly?
Where on the iPad are you looking for it?
Please explain in as much detail as possible.
