Continuity Camera

I am trying to get continuity camera to connect to between my 16” M1 Pro MacBook Pro and my iPhone 11. I am using QuickTime player and am unable to get the iPhone to show up in the camera menu

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.3

Please be sure to complete these troubleshooting steps listed in the Apple Support article that you started from:


If Continuity Camera isn't working as expected:

Make sure that your iPhone and Mac meet the system requirements.
Make sure that your iPhone is properly mounted.
Install the latest macOS updates, iOS updates, and updates for your video app.
If you haven't unlocked your iPhone since it last restarted, unlock it, then lock it again.
Plug your iPhone into your Mac. Restart your iPhone or Mac.
