My AirPods switch off after a few seconds and when I reconnect only the left one play, how can I solve this?

Start here:

If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted

Also see these standard steps:

1) Try cleaning it: How to clean your AirPods and EarPods

2) See this: How to Fix Connection Problems with the AirPods

3) Full reset: Reset your AirPods

4) Service: AirPods Service and Repair
