We'd be happy to help. It sounds like you're saying the call quality isn't staying consistent during your calls. Or, are you saying that the call is dropping entirely and you're having to call the other person back?
If there's a call quality issue, this is typically due to either the environment you're located in, or the network connection during the call. Interference can certainly cause the audio to cut in and out, so be mindful of sources of interference nearby when this occurs.
If you contact Apple for further support on the matter they can also run diagnostics to check for dropped calls and further isolate what might be causing this for you. If you haven't contacted your carrier about this, you might also want to do that too.
