screen time limit keeps resetting

I have always had screen time limits set on both my daughter's and son's phones and was working fine. However, recently I've noticed they were able to keep going on and on on their devices and decided to go and check the screen time setting only to find there was nothing in place! I then set it again to what I had it on, but come the next day, that setting disappears again. The same thing happens to both their screen time settings.

Is anyone else having the same problems? It's now becoming my daily morning task to put on the screen time limits for the day before the kids wake up and it's frustrating.

We'd like to share some suggestions to assist you with your Screen Time limit issue. We would recommend starting with making sure their devices have the latest update via Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

"Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install."

If this does not help or they are already updated, and with verifying the steps you have followed via Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support, we would recommend contacting Apple Support since this happens on multiple devices.

Same problem! Just started happening at the end of January. All of my devices and my child’s devices are running current software. Tried rebooting everything. Still happening. Apple, are you guys working on this?
