Hi there krrish230,

To confirm, you are seeing that the Apple ID is disabled (or locked) for security reasons? If that is right, the only way to get access again would be to reset the password, as seen below

"Reset your Apple ID password on your iPhone or other trusted Apple device

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap your name > Password & Security > Change Password.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password.

You can also follow this process on a trusted iPad, iPod touch, or Apple Watch.

To reset your password on your trusted Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings (or System Preferences) > Sign in with your Apple ID (or Apple ID). Then click Password & Security, Change Password, and follow the onscreen instructions."

That is from this article: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

After resetting it, you'll want to ensure that both your iPhone and Apple Watch are connected to Wi-Fi to be able to communicate with Apple servers for the password change to register. Another option as well, would be to restart both devices as that can refresh the software versions and help resolve unexpected issues. Both articles below show how to do that:

If you are seeing that it has been disabled in the iTunes Store or App Store, you can contact Apple Support for further assistance with that message and your account. You can reach out with the following link: Contact - Official Apple Support

Take care!
