Immediately after upgrading to Ventura I was no longer able to upload photos to outside sites because the albums and folders no longer show. I have too many photos to go through all of them just to upload several photos to an external site.

I was on the phone with Apple today for this exact issue and they say its been removed. the tech people dont know why but they are getting a lot of calls. Asked me to fill in a request to reinstate it. It makes no sense they would do this but apparently it's them not you.

iPhoto was deprecated years ago...
Are you asking about the Photos.app ?
I do not understand the issue... no longer show where?
Do you see your correct default photo Library(?) If you launch the Photo.app hold the Option key and select your default
