Volume Drop with Nike NRC and Amazon music

Hi! I have a problem with the Audio control when I go running with NRC.

I use Amazon music to listen some music when I’m running, but when NRC “coach” starts to talk the volume drops down (music and coach) and it’s not possibile to crank the volume again.

My AirPods are clean, I’ll try a reset this week. I’ll let you know if the problem will
