Attachments(Images and pdf) not showing in Notes on all the platforms (Mac, iPhone, and icloud website)

Please help me with this issue.

The images and pdfs that I had locked inside Notes is not showing. It is the same in iPhone, Mac, and icloud website.

The files are important. I thought it would be reliable using Notes and locking it.

I tried turning of the icloud sync off and on as well in iPhone, it does not work.

The recent thing I have done in Notes is agreeing to use device password instead of previously used custom password. Since icloud website required custom password, I changed it back. Still, it is not showing.

(Notes that were not locked does not have this problem- images load. Seems to be only in Locked notes)
