GIF Keyboard

When you type GIF keyboard, I assume you have downloaded a 3rd party Keyboard from the App Store.

The advantage is that you have quick access to GIF images, directly from your keyboard. You can use a 3rd party keyboard together with the regular keyboard. However, you should be aware that if you give GIF Keyboard full access, the company/developer behind the app may be able to collect data. What data is collected, the developer behind must draw attention to in the app description in the App Store.

GIF's are pictures, and in theory they could be anything at all. The regular keyboard sends Emoji's, which are a limited set of standard graphic characters and can display somewhat differently on different platforms depending on the fonts being used.
