my snapchat audio recording is muffled and the sound is very low and is white noise

my snapchat audio recording does not work. it is all muffled and nobody can hear my snapchats when sent. my other apps work in recordings such as instagram and the iphone camera app, they work just fine in audio, only the snapchat app does not work. i have the iphone 13 and this started happening around 2 months ago and i have done EVERYTHING to try and fix it on snapchat but nothing works. i cleaned my microphone , made sure all audio settings were turned on , deleted and reinstalled the app snapchat , restarted my phone , etc. please please please help !!!!
