Facebook on my Ipad

Yesterday I was not able to post GIF’s on Facebook from my IPad, today I can’t post comments or GIF’s on my IPad, I can do both on my iPhone. Does anyone have any idea what is going on please?

I’ve tried turning off and restarting the iPad, uninstalling Facebook on the iPad (about 6 times) and reinstalling, holding the power button until slide to close comes up then pressing home button whilst on Facebook to try to get rid of the cache. I don’t know what else to try.
