How do I add membership cards to my Apple Wallet, like my YMCA card? Is there a way to use the QR code on the card to add it?
When I go to add the only choices I have are:
There is no option for membership cards.
iPhone 12 running iOS 16.2

Cards like those would need to be added by YMCA or CVS...
For example, I just went into the CVS app, selected Show Card.. and on that screen there is an option to Add to Apple Wallet

The pass (card) has to support Wallet.
