My text messages will not rotate automatically to portrait even with the orientation unlocked
My text messages won’t rotate to portrait even though autorotate is turned on. All other apps are rotating just fine. Thanks.

Completely close out of the message app and do this Force restart iPhone - Apple Support after phone boots back up try again.
