I've tried numerous times to upgrade to macOS Ventura 13.1 from the current Ventura 13.0.1 but in vain. My iMac 27" has enough disk space, my internet connectivity is stable, I've tried to update using Safe mode, and the Disk repair without success. Any suggestions?

I am but I have also tried without a VPN and still doesn't work.
